Frosted Glass Terms of Use

Agreeing to these terms

By installing or using Frosted Glass you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app; uninstalling it ends the agreement.

Your licence

Morocode LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Frosted Glass on devices you control, for your own purposes. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the app, and you may not decompile, reverse engineer or modify it except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted. The app, its name, its design and its code remain ours.

What it costs

This version of Frosted Glass is free. It contains no advertising and no purchases. If a future version ever offers paid features, the terms of that purchase will be shown to you before you buy anything, and Google Play will handle the payment and any refund.

Your data is your responsibility

Everything the app holds is stored on your phone. That means we cannot recover it for you. Losing or replacing the phone, uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage removes the data permanently. The app includes an export and backup feature; use it regularly if what you keep in the app matters to you.

Other apps and their content

Frosted Glass is a home screen: it shows, opens and arranges the apps installed on your phone, and their notifications and widgets, but it does not make them and is not responsible for them. Their own terms apply to them. Removing an app from the home screen never uninstalls it unless you choose Delete App and confirm in Android's own dialog.

Frosted Glass is an independent app. It is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Apple, and "iOS" and "iPhone" are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Acceptable use

Use Frosted Glass lawfully. Do not use it to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights or privacy, or in any way that would harm another person.

No warranty

Frosted Glass is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that it will run correctly on every device. Android manufacturers restrict background work, notifications and alarms in ways we cannot control or fully work around.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Morocode LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit, time or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use Frosted Glass. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Privacy

How the app handles your information is set out in the Frosted Glass Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and ending the agreement

We may update these terms when the app changes. The effective date at the top will change, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version. You may stop using Frosted Glass at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop publishing or supporting the app at any time; an app already installed on your phone will keep working as it is.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Morocode LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
